Payment of the City’s utility bill may be placed in the drop-box immediately in front of the Clio City Hall, mailed, or made on-line. Returning absentee ballot applications may also be placed in the drop-box immediately in front of the Clio City Hall or mailed. Should you need service call 810.686.5850 and leave a message. The City’s Department of Public Service will continue to work, but have been asked to refrain from unnecessary contact with the public. The City’s Police Department will continue its regular patrol duties and respond to emergencies, but access to the lobby will temporarily closed. The City’s Police Department may be contacted by calling 810.686.5010. We apologize for this disruption in our normal office hours and service.
